The physical aspect of professional wrestling plays a big part in making a successful wrestler, especially in a premium promotion like WWE. Throughout five decades of history, the company has had many wrestlers with impressive physiques. When it comes to a good physique, the biceps or strong arms play a role in determining many things in between the ropes.

If a wrestler has a big bicep and aesthetic physique, it contributes to performing better in the ring. All the top stars over the years; Hulk Hogan, The Ultimate Warrior, John Cena, Brock Lesnar, and Roman Reigns, have had buffed physiques that helped their athletic ability in between ropes.

Through this article, we are putting together a list of WWE wrestlers with the biggest arm muscles in history.  

1) Scott Steiner (26 inches)

Even though Scott Steiner was a professional wrestler in his prime, The Big Poppa Pump boasted a physique resembling a professional bodybuilder. He underwent a significant physical transformation throughout his career, but he became a physical specimen of the industry in the late 1990s and early 2000s. 

Steiner was called ‘ Big Poppa Pump’ for a reason. Besides his broad shoulders and overall remarkable body, strong bicep peaks stood out the most. Entering the ring during the entrance, a haughty Scott Steiner would flex in the ring, showcasing his well-developed arms. Steiner possessed the biggest arms in WWE measuring 26 inches.

2) The Great Khali (25 inches)

The Great Khali debuted as an imposing giant in WWE, picking The Undertaker as his first opponent. Even in his debut pay-per-view encounter, the Indian goliath defeated The Deadman, making a big statement within WWE. During his debut time, The Great Khali’s billed height was over seven feet, which was backed by an aesthetic muscular frame.

With his immense size, The Great Khali stood over 350 pounds. Hulk Hogan was a big man in his prime, weighing three hundred pounds. He was never shredded to the skin. Rather, he had a buff physique with significant muscle mass in all portions of his body. One of the most notable parts of his physique from wrestling days was his massive arms. Hulk Hogan’s biceps were reportedly around 24 inches.

Taking pride in the size of his arms, Hulkamania had a catchphrase called ‘ 24 inches of pythons’, referring to arm sizes. He would often mention the numbers in the middle of his promos. Today, even though he is seventy years old, he still maintains an incredible physique for his age. 

4) Billy Graham (22 inches)

Billy Graham, better known as Supertars Billy Graham,  wrestled for WWE in the 1970s, as well as, the 1980s. Therefore, a myriad of wrestling fans are not aware of him today. However, he brought the limelight to the physicality of professional wrestlers. He was the lodestar for WWE Superstars, who aspired to have an amazing physique, alongside honing the craft of in the ring. 

Superstar Billy Graham’s bodybuilding background contributed to having a great physique. He embarked on his bodybuilding journey from the teenage age, winning the Mr. Teenage America Bodybuilding contest on the West Coast. Billy’s arms were the biggest assets of his body. Measured at 22 inches, he won the award of Best Developed Arms at that time. Weighing at 275 pounds, Billy Graham had the biggest biceps in WWE’s old-school days.

5) Brock Lesnar (22 inches)

In the history of professional wrestling, Brock Lesnar stands out among the most intimidating personas, backed by his imposing look. He is given the tag name ‘ Beast Incarnate ‘ for a reason. The 46-year-old stands at six feet and three inches. He weighed over 280 pounds and possessed a strong muscular build. 

Although Lesnar was never into bodybuilding like Supertar Billy Graham, he has an astonishing athletic background in amateur wrestling, as well as Mixed Martial Arts. The Beast was a former NCAA Heavyweight Champion and once captured the UFC Heavyweight Championship during his tenure there. Brock Lesnar’s arms size is approximately 22 inches. Due to Brock’s size, he had to wear 4XL MMA gloves in UFC.
