The weight of male wrestlers in WWE is regularly mentioned,  but the topic is seldom discussed whether a female Superstar weighs light or heavy unless the character requires it. For a handful of stars of the women’s division, such as Nia Jax or Piper Niven, the WWE commentators regularly mention the weight, showing how positively they improvise it in their favor.

To compete at the top level in a promotion like WWE, every female talent needs to be at the top of their physical condition. Being in good shape helps in performance in the ring, executing the hard and high-flying maneuvers.

Apart from a few ladies, a majority of women wrestlers on the roster are lean, contrasting with their male counterparts. Take a look at some of the lightest female wrestlers in the history of WWE throughout this article.

1) Zelina Vega (99 Lbs)

Zelina Vega was hired by WWE in 2017, but she began her professional wrestling career in 2010, debuting in the Indies. The 33-year-old Superstar has always had a small stature and weighed under 100 pounds.

Zelina Vega’s billed weight in WWE is 99 lbs or around 45 kilograms. In terms of weight division, she is recorded to be the most lightweight female talent ever in the history of WWE.

2) Katana Chance (100 Lbs)

Even though Katana Chance has a small frame, her athleticism is impeccable, showing her talent regularly in the squared circle. Her impressive gymnastic background played a part in her hiring to WWE.

Katana Chance won the NCAA Eastern College Athletic Conference Championships twice in 2009 and 2010 alongside competing in the Junior Olympics of Gymnastics. However,  she stands at a modest height of only 5 feet and weighs only 100 lbs or 45 kilograms, making her billed weight just one pound more than Zelina Vega.

3) Alexa Bliss (102 Lbs)

There is a reason Alexa Bliss is called ‘Little Miss Bliss’ of WWE. With a lean look, the former Women’s Champion’s natural billed weight is only 102 lbs or just over 46 kilograms.

Giving birth to a child in November 2023, the Goddess of WWE’s physique underwent some serious changes, carrying the baby’s weight. Thus, she has been inactive from WWE programming since January 2023. She is toiling hard in her fitness routine to return to her previous shape and return to in-ring actions as a professional wrestler.

4) Carmella (110 Lbs)

Before her WWE career, Carmella worked as a cheerleader. Hence, she always maintains a slim and athletic build. Her good looks, aside from her physical capability, promoted WWE to sign the Princess of Staten Island.

Carmella is taller than the female talents mentioned above in the list, standing at 5 feet and 5 inches, which is an average height for women Superstars. Due to her lean look, the former SmackDown Women’s Champion weighs 110 lbs or 50 kilograms.  After giving birth to a son in November 2023, her mass might have fluctuated significantly, but she is expected to get back on track on her fitness journey before the big return to the squared circle.

5) Candice LeRae (110 Lbs)

Candice Le Rea’s billed weight is the same as Carmella’s. Each Superstar weighs about 110 lbs or 50 kilograms. Currently, she is signed to the SmackDown brand, and her association has been with WWE  in 2017, along with her husband, Johnny Gargano.

Identical to Alexa Bliss and Carmella, two of the lightest female wrestlers ever, Candice LeRea also went through pregnancy recently. Following the announcement of an expected child in 2021, the wrestling power couple welcomed their son, Quill Gargano, on February 17, 2022. Seven months after the baby’s birth, Le Rea returned to the WWE ring at peak shape.

6) Kairi Sane (115 Lbs)

Kairi Sane has been a WWE star for many years. The Mae Young Classic tournament gave her a footprint in WWE, and she later competed on NXT and the main roster. Her Japanese wrestling style demonstrated quickness and high-flying ability.

Her incredible flair in the ring was awarded by WWE numerous times. The former WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship stands height of 5 feet and 1 inch, while she weighs only 115 lbs.

7) Sasha Banks or Mercedes Mone (115 lbs)

Sasha Banks was a horsewoman of WWE with a brilliant track record in the squared circle. In her nearly decade-long WWE career, she won everything in the women’s division. NXT was her yard when she won the NXT Women’s Championship. On the main roster, she cliched the Women’s Championship alongside the Women’s Tag Team Titles to be called a Grand Slam Champion.

Now, she goes by the name Mercedes Mone in All Elite Wrestling, winning the Women’s TBS Championship. Despite being a lightweight compared to her peers, she reached great heights in WWE. Whether in the Stamford-based promotion or AEW, she weighs approximately 115 lbs.

8) Roxanne Perez (115 lbs)

Roxanne Perez is yet to make her main roster debut, but she has made a lasting impression in her NXT career, becoming one of the biggest stars of the developmental brand. Arriving in NXT in 2022, the Texas native became the brand’s breakout star in the debut year, having won the NXT Women’s and Tag Team Championships.

Roxanne is swift in between ropes and a remarkable performer. Her short frame contributes to her agility. As one of the shortest female talents in WWE today, she weighs around 115 lbs.

9) Io Shirai ( 119Lbs)

Io Shirai is another Japanese wrestler featured in this list. The former WWE Women’s Champion is a huge representation of Japanese wrestling in North America. Her picturesque Moonslaughts, particularly during War Games matches, and high-risk moves have made her a crowd-puller.

Io Shirai shares an equal stature as her Japanese peer in WWE, Kairi Sane at a height of 5 feet and 1 inches. She weighs only 119 lbs.
